As a staff engineer and partner with Urban Engineering, Mr. Glaze has managed and directed numerous marine-related, municipal infrastructure, and site development construction projects. He has been the lead engineer for the design of plans for the successful construction of improvements for marine-related projects, specifically those sponsored by the Matagorda County Navigation District #1, Matagorda County-Palacios Seawall Commission, and the City of Palacios. He has been responsible for the professional design of improvements for over 40 municipal public works/grant projects in Victoria, Cuero, Palacios, Point Comfort, Port Lavaca, Bay City, and Goliad, over 10 commercial properties in Victoria, and four (4) residential subdivisions in Victoria, Port O’Connor and Palacios.
